his/her own rate physically, socially, emotionally, intellectually, and
spiritually. We believe that a child's play is his/her work and that (s)he
learns as (s)he plays, experimenting and reinforcing what she/he knows
about the world. We believe that children have a natural desire to learn
and an inborn curiosity, which we attempt to encourage by providing a
stimulating physical environment. We believe that children will grow and
develop to their fullest in this type of environment if they are surrounded
by love, patience and understanding.
